S4E7: Taking Space and Making Time for Self-Care: Interview with Jasmine Leonard

We had the opportunity to speak with Jasmine Leonard, aka Health Equity Jazz to discuss self-advocacy for self care, wellness, and well-being as public health professionals of color.

Jasmine shared her recent experience of making time for the spa and her reflections on how it is less frequent to see BIPOC in these spaces of well-being, and how we can advocate for more spaces of self-care for BIPOC both outside and inside of the workplace.
